At Disaster Dad, every emergency kit is packed with care and prepared to order. Please allow a processing time of 3–5 business days before your item ships. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Natural Disaster Delays

Due to the unpredictable nature of hurricanes and severe weather, we cannot guarantee delivery before a specific storm event. Storm paths often change rapidly, and carriers may suspend service in affected areas without notice.

For the safety of our team and shipping partners, we do not ship orders during active natural disasters or when official evacuation orders are in place.
